All existing site conditions and proposed plans will be analysed with an in-depth discussion taking place to articulate the proposed function of each element or room. We will collaboratively devise a concise brief that will inform our approach, the aesthetic, floor plan and functionality, schedule and budget moving forwards.

Orchestrating the layout of a space is crucial to ensuring it works best for its intended use. Spatial planning allows for a deeper understanding of how people will move through the home and consequently informs how it can be optimally experienced with furniture, layout and zoning.

This stage is all about understanding how you live; your rituals and flow, down to minute detail. We listen to who’s home and when, take measurements and get to know your needs. We gather key information such as what your non-negotiables are, answer any questions you have about the process and then come up with a unique plan to suit your preferences.

Based on the client’s response and feedback to our initial presentation above, we then further develop ideas and concepts into their real life form, working through how they apply in greater detail to the home. We then present to the client again, gather more feedback and then fine tune the project details.

We manage all aspects of the project, collaborating with key people involved to ensure the best outcome for all. This ongoing service also maintains that all important momentum, as well as ensuring a continuous dialogue between client, designer and builder.

The finishing touches of a home are often the hardest to choose. We research, select and narrow down on furniture procurement and styling options. Fabrics are chosen and ordered, custom design pieces managed, with drawing often needed too… the list goes on. Coordinating delivery and then placement is one of the last steps in finishing a project.
